Ingredients
  

Salmon Fillets
  • 4 pieces salmon fillets skin-on preferred
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well combined.
Cook the Salmon
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until crispy.
  4. Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic sauce over the top.
  5. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.
Serve
  1. Remove the salmon from the skillet and drizzle with extra sauce if desired. Serve immediately.
