Ingredients

Steak Filling
  • 1 lb ribeye steak thinly sliced
  • 1 cup green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Wrap Assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup provolone cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon butter for grilling

Method

Prepare the Steak Filling
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the steak is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay out a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Place a portion of the steak filling in the center.
  2. Top with provolone and cheddar cheese. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
Grill the Wraps
  1. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Melt butter on the grill.
  2. Place the wraps seam-side down on the grill. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove from the grill and let cool for a minute before slicing in half.
