Ingredients
  

Pizza Chips
  • 1 large pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup pizza sauce for dipping
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or cheese blend
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Oven
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll Out the Dough
  1. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a thin layer, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into chip-sized squares or triangles.
Season the Chips
  1. Place the cut dough pieces on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Bake the Chips
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  2. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
