In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, green onions, red bell pepper, cilantro, garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, and lime juice. Mix thoroughly to combine.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form each portion into flat patties using wet hands.
Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Pan sear the patties for about 2 ½ minutes on each side until they are cooked through.
While your patties are cooking, toss your mixed greens with olive oil, lime juice, and salt in a separate bowl. Once everything is ready, plate your salad topped with burger patties along with sliced avocado and tomatoes.
