Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 package pre-made pizza dough or homemade
Taco Filling
  • 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup water
Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

Method
 

Prepare the Taco Filling
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning and water. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Prepare the Pizza
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the cooked taco filling evenly over the dough.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake and Serve
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  3. Top with lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and black olives before serving.
