Prepare the sauce by adding all ingredients for the garlic herb butter into your food processor bowl and processing until completely smooth. Set aside.
Season the chicken breasts thoroughly on all sides with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add avocado oil, and sear the chicken breasts for about four minutes on one side before flipping.
Cook each breast on the other side for another four to five minutes until firm and cooked through. If thick, cover and reduce heat to low.
Pour one cup of water into the hot pan to clean up any burnt spots after removing the cooked chicken.
Turn down the heat and pour in white grape juice or chicken broth, scraping up browned bits. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer until reduced by half.
Add the garlic herb butter mixture and stir until melted, then return the chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over each piece.
Remove from heat and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
