Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz french fries pre-cut, frozen
  • 4 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 large garlic clove minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • to taste salt

Method
 

  1. Bake the french fries according to the package directions, opting for a longer cooking time for extra crispiness.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine feta cheese, yogurt, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, dill, oregano, and salt. Mix until well combined and let sit.
  3. Once fries are golden brown, season with salt, arrange on a platter, and drizzle with feta yogurt sauce. Add more crumbled feta and herbs if desired.
