Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2-3 tablespoons sour cream or plain yogurt
  • salt
  • fresh dill, chopped optional

Method
 

  1. Chop the green onions and hard-boiled eggs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice your cucumber into thin rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped onions, cucumber slices, and chopped hard-boiled eggs. Add in your sour cream or yogurt.
  4. If using fresh dill, sprinkle it over the salad now. Season with salt to taste.
