  • 1 lb ground turkey lean
Vegetables
  • 2 medium bell peppers any color, diced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Spices
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
Oils
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking

Method
 

Cook the Turkey
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add Vegetables
  1. Add diced bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet.
  2. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Season the Mixture
  1. Stir in salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin.
  2. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and serve hot.
