  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Dice the potatoes, chop the onion, bell pepper, and mince the garlic.
  2. Set all ingredients aside for easy access during cooking.
Cook the Turkey
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add Vegetables
  1. Stir in the onion, garlic, and bell pepper, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until softened.
  2. Add the diced potatoes and seasonings, stirring to combine.
Simmer
  1. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  2. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
Serve
