Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Red Velvet Cake mix from Teasty Me
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 package Creme Fantasique from Teasty Me
  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 g white fondant
  • 50 g colored fondant of choice
  • 20 g black fondant
  • food coloring pens
  • piping gel

Method
 

  1. Combine the Red Velvet Cake mix with butter and eggs until smooth.
  2. Fill muffin tins with batter and bake until done, then cool on a rack.
  3. Prepare whipped cream by mixing Creme Fantasique with milk until smooth.
  4. Knead white fondant and shape into small balls for eyeballs, using colored fondant for irises.
  5. Add details to eyeballs with food coloring pens and let dry overnight.
  6. Scoop out a small section from the center of each cupcake and place the eyeball on top.
