- Combine the Red Velvet Cake mix with butter and eggs until smooth.
- Fill muffin tins with batter and bake until done, then cool on a rack.
- Prepare whipped cream by mixing Creme Fantasique with milk until smooth.
- Knead white fondant and shape into small balls for eyeballs, using colored fondant for irises.
- Add details to eyeballs with food coloring pens and let dry overnight.
- Scoop out a small section from the center of each cupcake and place the eyeball on top.
