Ingredients
  

Chicken and Sauce
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts sliced into thin cutlets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for grilling
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste
Toppings
  • 4 slices bacon cooked until crispy
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 4 slider buns slider buns toasted if desired

Method
 

Prepare the Honey Mustard Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey and Dijon mustard. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Set aside half of the sauce for serving.
Grill the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush chicken cutlets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Once cooked, brush the remaining honey mustard sauce over the chicken.
Assemble the Sliders
  1. On each slider bun, layer grilled chicken, a slice of bacon, shredded lettuce, and tomato slices.
  2. Drizzle with reserved honey mustard sauce before closing the bun.
Serve
  1. Serve the sliders warm with extra honey mustard sauce on the side.
