Ingredients
  

Jalapeno Popper Filling
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese sharp
  • 2 medium jalapenos seeded and diced
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Pigs in a Blanket
  • 1 package crescent roll dough 8 oz
  • 12 oz mini hot dogs

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Set the filling aside.
Assemble the Pigs in a Blanket
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Place a mini hot dog at the wide end of each triangle, add a spoonful of the jalapeno popper filling on top, and roll it up tightly.
  4. Place the rolled pigs in a blanket on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
