Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Set the filling aside.
Assemble the Pigs in a Blanket
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a mini hot dog at the wide end of each triangle, add a spoonful of the jalapeno popper filling on top, and roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolled pigs in a blanket on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
