Method
Cook the Beef
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add Vegetables
- Add minced garlic, bell pepper, and zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until spinach wilts.
Season and Serve
- Stir in oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Serve hot, optionally over rice or with pita bread.
