Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon dry minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 F. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, parmesan cheese, dry minced onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. If your chicken breasts are thick, cut them in half for even cooking. Place them in a baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Spoon the mayo mixture over each piece of chicken until completely covered. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-45 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
