- Preheat your oven to 375 F. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, parmesan cheese, dry minced onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- If your chicken breasts are thick, cut them in half for even cooking. Place them in a baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spoon the mayo mixture over each piece of chicken until completely covered. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-45 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
