Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Shredded or diced
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste
Wraps
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1 medium Tomato Diced
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream For serving

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay a flour tortilla on a flat surface.
  2. Place a generous amount of the chicken filling in the center of the tortilla.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomato.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
Cook the Wraps
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove from skillet, slice in half if desired, and serve with sour cream on the side.
