Method
Prepare the Marinade
- In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Cook the Salmon
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove salmon from marinade and place in the skillet, skin side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
Serve
- Remove salmon from skillet and let rest for a minute.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and orange slices before serving.
