Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, beaten egg, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Set the filling aside to let it thicken slightly.
Assemble the Rolls
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the pecan filling at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the Rolls
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
