Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk can use any type
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Combine Wet Ingredients
  1. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, beaten egg, and vegetable oil.
  2. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Bake the Bread
  1. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and Serve
  1. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  2. Slice and serve as desired.
