Prepare the Ingredients
- Slice the beef sirloin thinly and marinate it with soy sauce and black pepper for about 10 minutes.
- Chop the onion, garlic, and green onions, and set aside.
Cook the Beef
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Add Vegetables
- Add sliced onions and minced garlic to the wok, stir-frying for another 3 minutes until onions are translucent.
- Stir in the peas and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Fry the Rice
- Add the cooked rice to the wok, breaking up any clumps.
- Drizzle sesame oil and additional soy sauce over the rice, stirring well to combine all ingredients.
- Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the rice is heated through and slightly crispy.
Serve
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
