Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13” baking dish.
Place the chicken breasts in the greased baking dish in a single layer.
In a bowl, mix together sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the chicken.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes.
Remove foil and sprinkle with a little extra cheese if desired. Bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature) and golden and bubbly on top.
Garnish with fresh herbs like chives or parsley if you're using them. This adds a lovely touch of color and freshness to your finished dish.
