Method
- Start by adding the ricotta cheese into a mixing bowl. Add in the grated lemon zest and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Sprinkle in the salt and add a dash of black pepper. Drizzle in one tablespoon of olive oil and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the runny honey along with one teaspoon of your favorite spicy sauce and half a teaspoon of crushed chili flakes. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in freshly chopped rosemary and chopped walnuts. Serve immediately or let it chill briefly in the fridge.
