- Start by crushing your pretzels into small pieces. Combine the crushed pretzels with melted unsalted butter and granulated sugar until evenly coated. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the pretzel crust for about 10 minutes. Remove it from the oven and allow it to cool completely.
- Mix softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in thawed Cool Whip until well combined.
- Spread your cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel crust. Refrigerate this layer while you prepare your strawberry topping.
- Dissolve strawberry Jell-O mix in boiling water until fully combined. Stir in sliced strawberries and allow this mixture to cool slightly before pouring it over your cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate your Strawberry Pretzel Salad for at least two hours to let everything set perfectly. Cut into squares and serve.
