- In a mason jar or small bowl, add all of the dressing ingredients. Shake or mix well to combine until everything is nicely blended. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Toast the almonds on the stovetop in a pan over medium heat for about 2-5 minutes until they’re slightly golden brown.
- In a large bowl, add fresh spinach as the base. Layer on halved strawberries, sliced avocado, thinly sliced red onion, feta crumbles, toasted almonds, and chopped pistachios.
- Drizzle some dressing over the salad or serve it on the side. Toss gently to coat all ingredients before serving.
