Method
Prepare the Sauce
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, grated ginger, soy sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and brown sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the sauce into a skillet and heat over medium heat until simmering. Reduce heat to low and keep warm.
Cook the Grouper
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season grouper fillets with salt and pepper. Cook fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and flaky.
Serve
- Place cooked grouper on plates and spoon the spicy coconut-ginger sauce over the top.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
