Prepare the Ingredients
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, lightly toast the bread slices on one side.
Assemble the Sandwiches
- On the un-toasted side of four slices of bread, layer the turkey, spinach, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, toasted side facing out.
Cook the Sandwiches
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet over medium heat.
- Place two sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the sandwiches, add the remaining butter, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Repeat with the remaining sandwiches.
Serve
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
