Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 8 slices Bread Sourdough or whole wheat
  • 1 cup Cooked turkey Shredded or sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach Washed and dried
  • 8 slices Bacon Cooked until crispy
  • 2 tablespoons Butter For grilling

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, lightly toast the bread slices on one side.
Assemble the Sandwiches
  1. On the un-toasted side of four slices of bread, layer the turkey, spinach, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  2. Top with the remaining slices of bread, toasted side facing out.
Cook the Sandwiches
  1. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place two sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Flip the sandwiches, add the remaining butter, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  4. Repeat with the remaining sandwiches.
Serve
  1. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
