Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup light brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375℉ and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the room temperature butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until well blended.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  5. Drop dollops of cookie dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them at least two inches apart.
  6. Bake for about 9–12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
