  • 2 tablespoons pickle brine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Drain and rinse the chickpeas under cold water.
  2. Pat the chickpeas dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chickpeas with pickle brine, olive oil, and salt. Toss until evenly coated.
