- 1 ball easy pizza dough (or store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, grated
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon fine salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 5 oz fresh mozzarella (or shredded)
- 1 tablespoon additional lemon juice (to finish)
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until about ¼ inch thick.
- Mix olive oil, grated garlic, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl; spread evenly over the dough.
