  • 1 large apple, peeled and chopped

  • 1/8 cup sugar (or brown sugar)

  • 6 store-bought caramels, diced
  • Sprinkle of sea salt
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon water (for egg wash)
  • Sugar in the raw (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped apples, lemon juice, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and diced caramels.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts and cut into circles.
