Method
- Slice dill pickles into ¼-inch slices, discarding the ends.
- Set up three shallow bowls: Bowl 1 with flour, Bowl 2 with whisked egg and milk, Bowl 3 with breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dip each pickle slice in flour, then egg wash, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Arrange half of the coated pickle slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray. Cook at 400 degrees for about 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Repeat with remaining slices.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
