Potatoes and Sausage
  • 1 lb smoked sausage sliced
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

Prepare Ingredients
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the halved baby potatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes until slightly tender.
Combine and Bake
  1. Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Add the sliced smoked sausage, ranch dressing, and seasonings. Mix well.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
